Voluntary Nature of Data: The provision of your personal information is voluntary. However, if you choose not to provide required information (such as an email address for account creation or technical identifiers), we may be unable to provide you with certain features of TankNET Config or fulfill our contractual obligations.

The United States provides a level of data protection that we ensure is substantially similar to the conditions for lawful processing of personal information as required by POPIA. By using our product, you acknowledge and agree to these international transfers.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. In the event of a security breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant regulatory authorities (such as the South African Information Regulator) as required by law, without undue delay.

9. Children's Privacy

Our product is intended for professional use and is not directed at children.

COPPA (US): We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
POPIA (South Africa): We do not knowingly collect information from persons under the age of 18 without the consent of a competent person (parent or legal guardian). If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately for prompt deletion.
